Tap to launch settings from your springboard then select cellular from the settings menu. From this menu we can see how much time has elapsed during the current and how much cellular data and roaming data has been used.

In fact, Apple has decided to set the reset all the way down to cellular data settings. So you have to go down the bottom of the page, going over the app’s detailed display of cellular usage. You then have a “Reset statistics” option. Tap on it.
Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap reset statistics when prompted. Press the Reset Statistics button to continue.
Your current time period will now be reset and all your cellular data usage statistics will have been zeroed out making it easy to determine how much data is being used going forward. And now, the statistics on the current period are reset!
